Substance Abuse: In the pursuit of sleep, one can go down the proverbial rabbit hole. Making use of substances to induce sleep, or take away the boredom is very high. Once this behaviour starts, it is very easy to make it into a pattern.
Lack Of Concentration/ Focus: Since the body does not get enough sleep, the brain has no time to rest, thus focusing on even the simplest of tasks is very difficult. Bringing about an increase in forgetfulness and lack of concentration in terms of work productivity.
