3 Exercises to Shape and Tone Your Booty

A toned booty scores you the title of the sexiest chick in the room. Exercise is necessary if you want a fit and healthy looking body. There are a number of butt exercises but I picked the top most effective butt exercises for effective results.

1. The Squat: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and push your hips back so that your weight goes into your heels. Squat down into a 90-degree angle. Stand back up while still pressing down on your heels. Try and push your butt back as far as you can, while keeping your feet planted and your shoulders back. Try not to lean forward! Do 2 sets of 20 reps.

2. Bridge up: The Bridge-Up. Lay on your back with your knees bent and your feet planted firmly on the floor. Press your hips up to the ceiling and squeeze those glutes, much like you would while doing a gymnastics bridge. Slowly lower your hips back to the floor and repeat as many times as you can. This works your ab, butt, and leg toning.

3. Brazillian butt work: Starting on your hands and knees, keeping your core tight and back flat, raise 1 leg and keeping the knee at 90 degrees. Push that leg as high as you can in the air and lower back down, repeat for 12 reps, then switch legs.
